ID Scanner is licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to the terms of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

- The app is licensed to you, not sold, for personal or business use on Apple devices you own or control.
- Subscriptions (ID Scanner Pro) are billed through your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- ID Scanner flags inconsistencies in ID barcode data to help staff decide when to inspect a physical card. It does not and cannot guarantee that any physical ID is genuine, and it is not a substitute for staff judgment or legal compliance obligations.
- You are responsible for using the app in accordance with the laws and regulations that apply to your venue and jurisdiction, including any rules governing the collection and retention of ID data.
- All scan data is stored locally on your device; you are responsible for any backup files you export.
